Bringing courses to your community
Futures are short courses which have been designed especially for adults. Whether you are looking for a second chance to learn, wish to continue learning or simply want to try something new and have fun, Futures courses are for you! No previous experience is necessary and all you need is interest, enthusiasm and a little bit of spare time. Most courses are designed to enable you to progress on to a higher level of qualification if you wish and you will receive a certificate for each course successfully completed.
A new and exciting programme is planned for each term and we offer a variety of courses in all areas - Archery, Arts & Crafts, Fashion, Hairdressing, Beauty, Computing, Construction, Cookery & Wine Appreciation, Deaf Awareness, Driving Theory, Exercise, Floristry & Gardening, Health & Social Care, Languages, Performing Arts, Photography.
Course costs and duration vary - please check our latest Futures Booklet or our website for current dates, times and costs.
We are delighted to be able to offer a 10% reduction of the course fees if you are in receipt of a state retirement pension. Regrettably, we are unable to offer any other fee remission or discounts.
