Winterton Parish Council Minutes

It was a very short meeting – only three residents attended and there had been no planning applications or decisions received by the Clerk from GYBC.
Items discussed:-
Coastal Erosion – newsletter has been distributed around the village.
Project Steering Group – update from Geoff Roper in this Newsletter. An architect is drawing up revised plans to include details required by the Football Association so that funding can be applied for again.
Coast Watch – waiting for GYBC to sort out electricity for the new units.
Charity Commission – three Councillors agreed to form part of a new Trustee board - three residents also required as Trustees.
The Parish Plan Action Group has discussed emergency procedures and these will be considered by the Parish Council.
