Compass Cottage is a pretty thatched detached cottage situated on a private crescent in the heart of Winterton on Sea. The cottage is 300 metres from the dunes and the sandy beach. It is a short walk from the village store, post office and child & dog friendly pub, the Fishermans Return.
The cottage is available all year for weekly rentals (start Saturday) or short breaks.
The property comprises: Master bedroom, with king size bed & colour TV, twin room with en suite toilet & basin. Double sofa bed in lounge. Travel cot, high chair, stair gate are available. All linen, duvets and towels provided (except for cot).
Hallway, living room, dining room with table seating 6. Colour TV with Digi box, video & DVD. Selection of video's & DVD's, books & games.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven & ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer & microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery & cutlery and also a Welcome pack of beverages
Conservatory and secluded private rear garden with patio furniture. Selection of outdoor games.
Driveway for two vehicles

Terms: From £230 to £600 per week depending on season.
